Noelle either pronounces certain words without the beginning letters or with an additional letter at the end.

Whether it’s Despicable Me 1 or Despicable Me 2, to 2-year old Noelle and to 4-year old Noelle (now), it’s SPICABLE ME. She claims to be her dad’s minion too. 🙂

During her friend’s birthday celebration last month, the boys were talking about super heroes. Noelle chimed in and said, “Oh I know Captain AmericaN.” 🙂

Yesterday, we saw the movie Brave. The main character is Merida, whom Noelle calls Brave no matter how many times we correct her. There is also a big, scary ancient bear there named Mor’du, whom Noelle consistently calls Mordoom. 🙂

About Phoebe Torres-Lucero

I am Phoebe Torres-Lucero, wife of a loving husband & dedicated pastor, King, and mother to three wonderful, smart, active little girls, Danae, Noelle and Gianna. Phoebe means bright and radiant. Torres means towers. Lucero means light. Put together, my name speaks of a tower of bright, radiant light. And that is what I hope to be as I write and share with you some of my experiences, especially on being a mom.
