Be?

A few weeks ago, we were at a small pizza stall waiting for Noelle’s additional order. When it came…..

Lady: Ito na yung sayo, BE, oh. (“Here you go, baby.” Many Filipinos use Be or beh as a term of endearment for little kids. It’s short for baby or baybeh)

Noelle: (talking to me, with a frown on her face) BE? I’m not her BE.

Hahaha. She was completely annoyed. 🙂
