On the road to Balingoan, Misamis Oriental, King was driving, Ptr John del Rosario was in front beside him, while Ptr John’s wife Joyce, the girls and I were at the back.

Danae fell asleep on my lap, while Noelle was sitting between me and Joyce.

Noelle: (in her usual sweet tone) Mommeeee, I want to sit on something comfortable.
Me: That’s comfortable, love.
Noelle: I want to sit on someone.
Me: Ok, ask tita Joyce if you can sit on her.

She sits on Joyce. Not five minutes later….

Noelle: Mommeeee, I want to sit on someone… (pauses and looks at my legs)….with black leggings.

Haha, she just wanted to sit on me but couldn’t because Danae was on my lap. 🙂

I am Phoebe Torres-Lucero, wife of a loving husband & dedicated pastor, King, and mother to three wonderful, smart, active little girls, Danae, Noelle and Gianna. Phoebe means bright and radiant.
